Voor onze klant Van de Velde in Schellebelle is Robert Half op zoek naar een Compensation & Benefits Manager.

In deze rol bent u verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van het compensation & benefits luik, payroll- en HR-systemen van de organisatie.

Deze rol ondersteunt een divers personeelsbestand van 520-tal arbeiders en bedienden in België en 300 internationale medewerkers. Je rapporteert aan de HR Director en hebt twee zeer ervaren direct reports.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden liggen binnen verschillende domeinen:

Verloningsbeleid

Ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van het Compensation & Benefits beleid in lijn met de vooropgestelde bedrijfs- HR strategie.
Beheren van structuur van verloning/salarishuis, salarisschalen, incentiveprogramma's, enz.
Functieweging en benchmarkgegevens om competitieve positionering en afstemming op de industriestandaarden te garanderen.
Beheren van het jaarlijkse salarisherzienings- en bonusallocatieproces.

Beheer extralegale voordelen

Ontwerpen, beheren en communiceren van het pakket aan extralegale voordelen.
Zorgen voor naleving van Belgische wetgeving evenals lokale regelgeving in internationale markten.
Relaties met externe providers evalueren en beheren.

Payroll

Overzien van de Belgische en internationale payroll.
De Belgische payroll voor bedienden en arbeiders wordt intern beheerd in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
De internationale payrollfunctie (300 medewerkers) wordt deels intern en deels extern beheerd.

HRIS, HR-data en HR-analytics

Verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van HRIS systemen.
Instaan voor de nauwkeurigheid van data, systeembetrouwbaarheid en optimalisatie van HR-technologische oplossingen.
Verantwoordelijk voor de HR reporting, inclusief dashboards en workforce-analytics.
Samen met de HR Director verantwoordelijk voor de CSRD-rapportage en naleving van de Fair Pay Directive.

Uw profiel:

Vereiste kennis en ervaring:

U kan minimum 7 jaar ervaring voorleggen in Compensation & Benefits, bij voorkeur in een internationale context. Ervaring vanuit retail is een grote plus.
U heeft een uitstekende kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en bent vertrouwd met HRIS systemen of HR analytics tools. U heeft ervaring met project management.
U heeft een uitstekende kennis Engels, gesproken en geschreven. Kennis Frans en/of Duits is een grote troef.

Gewenste competenties:

U bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt resultaatsgericht en kan vlot communiceren rond complexe HR data aan interne en externe stakeholders.
U bent een peoplemanager en pragmatisch ingesteld.
