Bedrijfsjurist Robert Half Talent Solutions is momenteel op zoek naar een Bedrijfsjurist (m/v/x) voor een klant gelegen in Roeselare.Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de diensten sector.Als Bedrijfsjurist (m/v/x) zal u volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:<ul><li>Juridisch en fiscaal advies: Je biedt onze klanten deskundig advies op maat in vennootschapsbelasting, vennootschapsrecht, vermogensrecht en fiscale optimalisaties;</li><li>Begeleiding bij overnames en herstructureringen: Je ondersteunt klanten bij overnames, fusies, splitsingen en reorganisaties, inclusief due diligence en het opstellen van contracten;</li><li>Corporate governance en GDPR-compliance: Je adviseert klanten over corporate governance en helpt hen bij het naleven van GDPR-wetgeving en gegevensbescherming;</li><li>Opstellen van juridische documenten: Je stelt juridische documenten en contracten op, aangepast aan de specifieke behoeften van de klant;</li><li>Samenwerking en ontwikkeling: Je werkt nauw samen met dossierbeheerders en draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van ons juridische departement.</li></ul>De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie van Bedrijfsjurist (m/v/x) zijn:<ul><li>Je behaalde een Masterdiploma in de Rechten, aangevuld met een specialisatie in vennootschaps- en fiscaal recht;</li><li>Kennis van successieplanning is een pluspunt;</li><li>Je beschikt bij voorkeur over enkele jaren werkervaring binnen een advocatenkantoor, consultancy of accountantskantoor;</li><li>Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent analytisch sterk en kan zelfstandig werken;</li><li>Je bent een teamplayer en houdt van kennisdeling.</li></ul>Interesse in deze functie van Bedrijfsjurist (m/v/x)?
