The scope of responsibilities for this job include:

Equipment & Asset Management

Oversee the management and tracking of small IT equipment and assets.
Onboard, stage, and prepare laptops and other IT equipment for new hires, ensuring a timely distribution process.
Maintain and manage the laptop replacement program, including coordinating follow-ups with staff and IT departments.
Order and manage printer toner and ensure printers remain operational in the office.

Technical Support

Provide daily technical support to head office staff with a focus on delivering VIP support for executives.
Act as the primary liaison with the service desk vendor on-site (Tuesdays and Thursdays), ensuring follow-ups on open tasks and coordinating ongoing communication.
Monitor, analyze, and escalate IT tickets through the ticketing system while delivering troubleshooting and resolution services, as needed.
Ensure all meeting room technology and equipment are functional and ready for use (e.g., monitors, conferencing tools).

Projects and Additional Responsibilities

Participate in IT projects such as acquisitions, new office builds, and other relevant initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related needs and resolve issues across the organization.
Maintain a high standard of support while working well under pressure and managing multiple priorities.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

You Have a bachelor's degree in IT or similar through experience.
You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, asset management, and related fields, including managing IT assets, troubleshooting issues and using asset management tools and procedures.

You are familiar with onboarding processes, staging IT equipment for new hires and providing technical support, particularly in corporate environments and to executives.

You are experienced with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting practices to resolve issues efficiently
You are fluent in English both written and verbally. French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :<ul><li>vous serez en contact permanent avec nos fournisseurs, nos agents commerciaux et les transporteurs basés à travers le monde;</li><li>vous serez en contact avec le service commercial et entrepôt ;</li><li>vous vous assurez que la marchandise arrive en temps et en heure ;</li><li>vous devrez trouver des solutions pour les reliquats c'est- à-dire raccourcir les délais en trouvant d'autres alternatives dans notre base de fournisseurs ;</li><li>vous devrez solutionner les plaintes de non-conformité de marchandises reçues de nos fournisseurs ;</li><li>vous devrez enregistrer et solutionner les plaintes des clients ;</li><li>vous serez amené à procéder à l'expédition de la marchandise vers le client final selon l'urgence de celle-ci et le budget y afférant ;</li><li>vous prendrez contact avec les différents prestataires afin de résoudre les éventuels retards d'expédition et en informer le client ;</li><li>vous gérerez les éventuels litiges liés à ces expéditions ;</li><li>vous suivrez la performance des fournisseurs et prestataires (KPI) afin de prendre les actions correctrices nécessaires.</li></ul> Dans le cadre de votre fonction d'Employé Supply Chain (H/F/X). Vous disposez des qualifications suivantes :<ul><li>vous avez un Bachelier à orientation commerciale/logistique ;</li><li>vous disposez d'une première expérience dans une fonction similaire ;</li><li>vous avez une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La connaissance de toute autre langue est un atout ;</li><li>vous avez une bonne organisation de travail et êtes flexible ;</li><li>vous vous montrez proactif et avez une bonne communication ;</li><li>vous êtes résistant au stress et avez un esprit d'équipe.</li></ul>Dans le cadre de votre fonction d'Employé Supply Chain (H/F/X).
