The Role
* Develop, propose, and execute investor relations (IR) strategies tailored to the company.
* Lead the planning and execution of earnings announcements and general shareholders' meetings in collaboration with the External Communications Department and other relevant teams.
➢ Oversee the overall management of earnings announcements and shareholders' meetings.
➢ Prepare presentation materials and FAQs.
* Conduct IR meetings with investors and analysts.
* Manage various information disclosures, including:
➢ Monthly IR releases and quarterly earnings reports.
➢ Preparation and handling of other disclosure materials (e.g., timely disclosures, corporate governance reports, annual securities reports, financial statements).
* Monitor, analyze, and report internally on external perspectives from investors and analysts.
* Oversee the shareholders' coupon program, including production, distribution, and handling inquiries from individual shareholders.
* Contribute to mid-term management planning.
* Respond to requests from the Tokyo Stock Exchange and other regulatory bodies.

Your Skills
* Advanced written and verbal communication in Japanese
* Proficient in written English communication
* Prior experience in Investor Relations
* Good Finance knowledge
