Our client, a big player in the energy industry, with 60 years of history, currently looking for a HR Manager. This role will be required to liaise closely with their Korea counterparts.
The Role
Reporting to the Country Manager, the successful incumbent will be tasked with day to day HR function and responsibilities include reviewing and implementing HR policies and initiatives, conducting annual performance appraisal, administering salary review and adjustments, reviewing employee benefits, handling expatriate relocation and work pass/visa applications, involved in recruitment process, reviewing employment contracts, maintaining HRIS, planning corporate events, and any HR related matters.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any related discipline, with IHRP certification, and bring along with you 7 years of relevant experience. You are well versed with the labour law and regulations, possess strong stakeholder management and time management skills and are analytical. You should also be familiar with HR systems. This role will be required to liaise with their Korean counterparts, hence Korean speaking ability will be advantageous.
