    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to support our client, a key player in the chemical manufacturing industry. You will be driving IT projects across APAC, China, and Hong Kong.

    This role is crucial in leading and overseeing IT initiatives, primarily involving SAP (ECC6) and other business applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business partners to ensure efficient demand management, project prioritization, and clear communication & reporting.

    Additionally, this position will be responsible for rolling out PMO processes in the region while aligning with the Global IT PMO.

    The Role

    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, including Mergers & Acquisitions, system upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Act as Project Manager when the IT workstream does not have one assigned.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT & business) to ensure successful project execution.
    • Leverage deep knowledge of SAP (ECC6) and other ERP platforms to support project execution.
    • Provide SAP best practice guidance and align business stakeholders with company's template processes.
    • Work closely with Business Partners to gather, assess, and prioritize project demands.
    • Define and provide visibility on the overall IT roadmap across APAC, China & Hong Kong.
    • Ensure clear and timely communication of project status, timelines, risks, and key milestones.
    • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on the IT roadmap and project progress.
    • Generate progress reports and performance indicators for leadership review.
    • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Collaborate with business platform resource managers to allocate resources effectively.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery lead time.

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
    • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with regional teams).
    • Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager in a regional capacity.
    • Strong expertise in SAP ECC6 and ERP systems.
    • Experience in demand management, project prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
    • Proficiency in project management tools, with a preference for ASANA expertise.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively across cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
    • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
