    Reporting into the Facilities Manager and working alongside an Office Coordinator, your role will be sat on Reception handling incoming calls and visitors, and also providing general Administrative support to the wider office.

    This is a temporary role starting ASAP for 8 weeks with potential to extend. Working Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, in office. Free parking on site!

They have a remarkable senior leadership team.</p><p> </p><p>As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has opened as a Management Accountant who will support the function with their strong technical knowledge and great interpersonal skills. </p><p><br /> <strong>The Role <br /> <br /> </strong>This role will take ownership of month end close and help with budgeting, forecasting and analysis as well as other responsibilities including treasury work. Working closely with the finance team and other relevant stakeholders, the role is responsible for (and not limited to) <br /> </p><ul><li>Provision of accurate and timely reporting of monthly management accounts to P&amp;L for Group entities</li><li>Ensure the integrity of all items on the fixed assets register by recording new assets, tracking WIP, existence testing and calculating depreciation with any updates to accounting policies</li><li>Monthly invoicing of intercompany charges</li><li>Preparation and recognition of company credit card expense allocation and reconciliations</li><li>Preparing and providing detailed analysis of monthly Departmental P&amp;Ls</li><li>Maintenance of company registers and schedules</li><li>Working closely with internal customers to coordinate the flow of information across the organisation</li><li>Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis, project work/process improvement</li><li>Assist with the annual company audit</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>2-5 years' experience across an Accounting position - Assistant Accountant, Business Services, 2<sup>nd</sup> move from Audit / Big 4, etc.</li><li>Part or fully qualified CA/CPA</li><li>Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related </li><li>Excellent communication - written and verbal</li><li>Full working rights</li></ul><p> </p><p>You'll be interested in adding value to the organisation by process improvement and be driven to achieve more each month.
