    We are looking for a proactive and passionate Executive Assistant to be the CEO's right-hand person. This role goes beyond a typical EA position-you'll be involved in projects, governance, presentations, and much more!

    The Role:

    • Provide proactive Executive Assistant support to the CEO, including organising meetings, conference calls, international and domestic travel arrangements, expenses, and diary management.
    • Assist the CEO in collating information, proofreading, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
    • Offer ad-hoc EA support to four other C-Suite members, including travel coordination, meeting arrangements, and administrative tasks.
    • Act as a key contact between executives, stakeholders, and shareholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups.
    • Assist with corporate events, board reports, and special projects.

    The Person:

    • Proven experience in a dynamic Executive Assistant role, ideally supporting the C-Suite.
    • Secretarial experience supporting governing boards, committees, or executive management is preferable but not essential.
    • Passionate about providing exceptional support to the CEO, C-Suite, stakeholders, and the wider office.
    • Confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders.
    • Proactive, always thinking ahead, and comfortable suggesting process improvements.
    • Positive attitude with the mentality that no task is too big or too small.
    • Strong team player with the ability to multitask.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Willing to work in the office three to four days per week, as required by the business.
