    Newly created IT Support Analyst position working in a small team to provide in-person end-user support to 400+ staff.

    You'll provide level 1st and 2nd line support for everything IT-related ranging from telecommunications, desktops, networks, servers, and peripherals to mobility and internal systems.

    Suitability will heavily be determined around an individual's drive, intelligence, passion, and personality.

    A suitable candidate will display:

    • 2+ years IT Support experience across desktop hardware/software and Microsoft technologies (M365).
    • Demonstrate logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
    • Eagerness to learn through 'doing' and getting hands-on.
    • Confident individual who can build presence, form relationships, and become the 'face of IT'.
