    IT Operations Manager overseeing a team of 7xdirect reports across Service Desk & Infrastructure and ensuring IT service delivery to 500 retail stores, Warehouses, and Head Office.

    Key elements of the role:

    • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 7xdirect reports (Service Desk & Infrastructure Engineer's)
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the IT Service Desk + Network, Systems & Cloud Infrastructure.
    • Manage & negotiate with external vendors.
    • Identify & drive IT Service Delivery improvements across business.
    • Plan, project manage and execute small-to-medium sized projects.
    • Communicate outages and performance issues to the business.

    An experienced people manager is required who can operate in fast-paced environments and 'roll up their sleeves' when needed and help drive the team forward.
