    Our client is a key player in the health sector who is looking for a Marketing and Communication Coordinator for a minimum of 6 months. This opportunity will be within a project landscape so flexibility and drive towards deliverables are key!

    We can be flexible with this position being 3 or 5 days a week. Please note, if you are available at a fulltime capacity, the role will encompass 2 days of project administration support. Immediate Start

    The Role

    This role will have a range of duties, responsibilities including:

    • Assisting in the development of supportive materials for the project managers but not limited to presentations, digital assets, proposals, newsletters etc
    • Assist in the development and dissemination of formal communications to external clients, including those for promotional purposes as well as service changes or outages
    • Support the creation of training packages, including documents and digital assets to provide training to internal and external clients across our state-wide network.
    • Develop content to be shared on the social media channels including Instagram
    • Assist content development for the departmental intranet liaising with internal departments as required
    • Assist in providing adequate and effective communication to key stakeholders and liaise with Project Manager to provide high quality solutions to meet client needs.
