Our Calgary-based client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the full payroll cycle. This role requires proficiency in payroll systems and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Administer the full payroll cycle, from calculations to employee payments and journal creation.
Prepare payroll worksheets for new hires, terminations, leaves, and adjustments.
Resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.
Assist with timecard entry and labor charge out review.
Monitor HR Audit Reports and update timecards and schedules as needed.
Ensure compliance with privacy legislation and respond to payroll inquiries.
Stay updated on government and union legislation changes.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll experience, with knowledge of payroll system design and capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
