    Responsibilities:


    -Coordinate labour, resources, equipment and information in order to provide the prime technic al input for the roofing project

    -Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

    -Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

    -Create and maintain project schedules for ongoing jobs

    -Ensure resource availability and allocation

    -Liaise with site crew and provide feedback regarding objectives, scope and resolving site project issues

    -Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

    -Track progress and communicate milestones to related parties, manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

    -Attend project meetings as required

    -Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

    -Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

    -Attend job showings and provide input on drafting/issuing project proposals and RFPs

    Qualifications:


    -Post secondary education in Engineering or related field

    -Minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Management role

    -PMP designation is a strong asset

    -Clean driving record is required

    -Demonstrated experience in project coordination is essential

    -Have strong knowledge of Roofing/Construction Industry; as well as roofing and construction materials  is a strong asset

    -Ability to read and understand construction drawings

    -Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully from start to finish
