We are searching for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to be a part of our clients team in Vancouver, British Columbia. The HR Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the retail industry, ranging from customer service to HR administration. This role is based in our office, providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the full cycle of recruiting, including sourcing candidates for various roles such as operations, finance and production
• Ensuring efficient onboarding of new employees, which includes guiding them through company policies, and completing necessary paperwork.
• Providing exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
• Performing background checks as part of the recruitment process.
• Assisting with various benefit functions within the HR department.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure the right cultural fit for new hires.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in conducting Background Checks
• Demonstrated ability to handle Benefit Functions
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
• Proven experience in Onboarding processes
