    A client of Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Business Systems to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, designing, integrating, and maintaining systems, including both web and mobile solutions.


    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee the strategic planning and design of systems to meet business needs.

    • Manage the integration and maintenance of systems, ensuring they function effectively and efficiently.

    • Leverage technical expertise in systems to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.

    • Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to manage sales and customer service processes.

    • Implement and manage the Property Management System to streamline operations.

    • Oversee support for mobile devices and technology, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

    • Ensure the mobile app and mobile web are updated and aligned with business requirements.

    • Oversee the process of payments, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.

    • Manage the POS - Point of Sale system to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.

    • Implement and manage Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to streamline financial processes and operations.

    Preference will be given to candidates who have experience within the Property Management, Real Estate (commercial or residential), Development, or Home Health industries

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience of relevant experience.

    • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential.

    • Proficient in MS Excel

    • Should have experience in mobile app development and support.

    • Must be adept at mobile device support and mobile technology.

    • Knowledge of mobile web technologies is necessary.

    • Familiarity with POS

    • Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    • Must have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to quality service.

    • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.

    • Experienced in collaborating with global stakeholders, including business teams, IT teams, and vendors.

    • Project management training and certification are considered an asset.

    • Familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, and SharePoint.
