    On behalf of our client, our team at Robert Half is looking for an experienced Marketing Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and webinars. The ideal Marketing Events Manager will have a strong background in event management, digital marketing, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will work 20-hours per week, hybrid on-site in Vancouver, BC. With an initial term of 6-months, there is an opportunity for extension.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute corporate events and webinars by developing messaging, creating supporting materials such as presentations and videos, and identifying and training keynote speakers as needed.
    • Manage event budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and events are executed within financial constraints.
    • Package event content for post-event marketing campaigns by repurposing materials for social media, media relations, and other communication channels.
    • Coordinate and support event logistics by assisting with partner participation, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth event operations.
    • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring that all events align with corporate branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel.
    • Analyze and report on event performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, engagement, and satisfaction survey results.
    • Provide post-event debriefs to summarize key takeaways, successes, and areas for improvement.


    Required Skills & Experience:

    • A minimum of six years of experience managing corporate events and webinars for international corporations or global event agencies.
    • Strong expertise in event planning, digital marketing, and campaign optimization, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
    • Proficiency in event management tools, webinar platforms such as Zoom, and performance tracking software (experience with Adobe Campaign is preferred).
    • Experience in content development, social media scheduling, and email marketing to support event promotion and audience engagement.
    • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with internal teams, speakers, and stakeholders to align event strategies with overall business objectives.
