    Key Responsibilities:

    1. First Line of Support: Establish yourself as the initial 'go-to' contact for customers, responding to their tickets and offering technical assistance for queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware, both telephonically and in person.
    2. System Maintenance: Keep up the day-to-day performance of computer systems, from installations and repairs to regular clean-ups.
    3. Problem Resolution: Guide customers through the problem-solving process, detect issues based on customer tickets and implement effective solutions. Use diagnostic programs as necessary to address problems.
    4. Networking: Resolve technical problems with Local Area and Wide-Area Networks. Act as the bridge between end users and higher-level support related to third-party systems.
    5. Customer Communication: Conduct follow-ups to ensure the resolution of all customer issues. Collect user feedback about computer usage.
    6. Advisory Role: Counsel customers on the most suitable IT solutions for them.
    7. Billing Management: Responsible for timely submission of billable calendar entries to the Accounting Department to support client invoicing.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
    • 1-3 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional, positive attitude and a solutions-oriented approach.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Industry knowledge (e.g., finance, tech, healthcare) a plus.
    • Bilingual abilities and/or certifications in customer service are a bonus.
