    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with finance, technology, and project teams to deliver Oracle Fusion-based finance transformation initiatives.

    Required Experience & Skills

    • 5+ years as a Financial Business Analyst, with proven experience on finance transformation projects.
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Financials, ERP, or EPM modules) is required.
    • Strong knowledge of ERM and EPM systems.
    • Experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors is strongly preferred.
    • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement processes is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and support change management activities.
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams in fast-paced project environments.
