    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fullset Accounting:
      • Manage the complete accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.
      • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
      • Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts each month.
    • SPV Accounting:
      • Oversee the accounting and financial reporting for SPVs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
      • Prepare and maintain SPV financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
      • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage SPV structures and reporting requirements.

    Your Profile

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in fullset accounting, preferably within a Private Equity or financial services environment.
    • Strong knowledge of SPV accounting and related regulatory frameworks.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with [specific software used by the firm] is a plus.
