They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <strong>Assistant Manager, Product Development & Training</strong> to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in life insurance product development and are passionate about training and knowledge sharing.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>Product Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of life insurance products to meet market needs and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with actuarial, marketing, compliance, and distribution teams to ensure smooth product implementation.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Product Training & Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and deliver product training programs for internal stakeholders, including sales teams and distribution partners.</li><li>Prepare training materials, presentations, and product manuals to enhance product knowledge.</li><li>Provide ongoing product support and guidance to sales teams to improve product understanding and sales effectiveness.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field.</li><li>At least <strong>3-5 years of experience</strong> in life insurance product development, training, or a related role.</li><li>Strong understanding of individual life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory landscape in Hong Kong.</li><li>Experience in developing training materials and conducting product training sessions.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate different stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in English and <strong>Cantonese</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
