Your Profile

Responsibilities:

Manage daily pension operations, including processing contributions, benefits, and payments.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Analyze and improve pension processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to pension activities.
Provide support and guidance to team members on pension-related matters.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Cantonese and English.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pension operations.
Participate in system upgrades and implementations to improve pension administration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in pension operations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of pension regulations and compliance requirements.
Fluent in Cantonese and English, both verbal and written.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
