The Role

Handle payment investigations
Supervise and execute day-to-day supervision of remittance activities to enable efficient provision of services
Approve / release telex. SWIFT, RGTS, fax and correspondences through payments and customer services System and other IT applications
Handle new account opening and update customer data in the relative systems
Handle customer enquiries on all aspect of technical issues in relation to payments and customer services products
Problem analysis and documentation of system errors as well as communication and control of internal and external software suppliers

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree holder
Minimum 8 years of experience in payment / treasury operations in the corporate banking sector
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Detail-minded and works with a high degree of accuracy
Effective communication skills are key (written and verbal)
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

The Role<ul><li>Lead and manage a team responsible for daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and General Ledger (G/L).</li><li>Oversee financial functions such as consolidation, financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation.</li><li>Supervise cash flow and credit management to ensure the group's financial stability and efficiency.</li><li>Monitor inventory costing to optimize financial control and operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance of financial statements with corporate accounting policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Handle special projects and ad hoc assignments as required by management.</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor of accounting/ finance/ economics.</li><li>Candidates with relevant industry experience + prior big 4 audit experience is a big plus.</li><li>Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated</li></ul> Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
