Consolidation Specialist

For our Consulting partner Protiviti we are looking for a Consolidation Specialist (m/v/x) with in depth knowledge of Onestream, and a strong accounting background for a minimum of 3 months to support us streamlining complex financial processes for multinational entities.

You will take on critical consolidation projects within a dynamic and fast-evolving environment. You will play an integral role in optimizing financial processes, driving system enhancements, and ensuring seamless reporting across a diverse portfolio of entities.
This is your chance to contribute your expertise in OneStream consolidation, accounting, and auditing, as well as your project management capabilities to a team tasked with handling key financial challenges.

Project:

Lead efforts to establish sub-consolidations within OneStream platform to ensure compliance with newly mandated reporting requirements in the Netherlands. Initially implemented as a top-down consolidation system, OneStream must now accommodate detailed sub-consolidation filings.
Drive consistency in the company's balance sheet and P&L hierarchy by refining systems and processes to create unified, accurate financial reporting.
Manage the transition and optimization of 50-60 entities, including ongoing efforts to close and dissolve entities following recent organizational changes.
Utilize your OneStream proficiency to test system functionality, implement updates, and ensure there are no delays in ongoing system-related projects. Maintain ownership of the reporting flow and hierarchies (including interfaces with BI environments and Workday).

Skills Required:

Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial principles (IFRS), including consolidation techniques.
In depth knowledge of OneStream capabilities, configurations, and how it integrates with other enterprise software (Workday).
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of financial data.
Proven Project Management skills, to handle simultaneous system optimization and consolidation projects while meeting strict deadlines.
Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, often including executive teams.
