The requested qualifications for this job include:

You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in total rewards and compensation;
You have proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs in a global or multi-regional context;
Strong know-how within the compensation and benefit field;
Commercial mindset and business orientation;
Experience and knowledge about rewards in the EMEA region;
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of regional laws and regulations, with project management abilities;
Ability to actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
