Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Fungeren als strategische schakel tussen IT en andere bedrijfsafdelingen.
Ondersteunen van dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering en groeiactiviteiten door middel van training, advies of ontwikkeling.
Bijdragen aan de uitvoering van de bedrijfsstrategieën binnen het IT-landschap.

Coördineren van softwareprojecten, van de ontdekkingsfase tot de implementatie, om een effectieve en efficiënte uitrol en ondersteuning gedurende de projectlevenscyclus te waarborgen, inclusief integraties van derde partijen.
Opstellen, documenteren, beoordelen en implementeren van alle ERP- en systeemontwikkelingen, waaronder:

o Creëren en indienen van functionele specificatiedocumenten.
o Het articuleren, bijhouden en beheren van ontwikkelingen tussen de bedrijfs- en IT-teams.
o Het uitvoeren en verkrijgen van goedkeuring voor User Acceptance Testing van alle ontwikkelingen.
o Het presenteren van complete oplossingen aan het bedrijf, inclusief procesdocumentatie en bijbehorende trainingen.

Faciliteren van alle integraties van derden via verschillende integratiemediums.

Wie ben jij?

Je bezit een bachelorsdiploma, bij voorkeur in Informatiesystemen, Computerwetenschappen, Data-analyse of een vergelijkbare studierichting.
Aantoonbare expertise in Business Process Management, verandermanagement en software-implementaties.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met operationele ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP ECC EHP8 en/of S4/HANA.
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met cross-functionele en modulaire activiteiten met bewezen resultaten.
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), data-analyse en commerciële softwareoplossingen.
Aantoonbare ervaring in projectcoördinatie en ERP-implementaties.
Je beheerst het volledige Microsoft Office-pakket.
Je communiceert effectief met collega's op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
