    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide IT support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Experience with VMware, including virtualization setup, management, and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are a plus.
