    • Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, demonstrating the ability to analyze competitive salary rates and develop compensation plans.
    • Experience in Compensation Administration, including managing salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost controls.
    • Proficiency in Pension Administration, managing and overseeing company pension schemes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Familiarity with the Workday platform, demonstrating the ability to utilize this HRIS effectively for various HR functions.
