In this 1-year onsite contract role, you will work across multiple teams with a focus on the HCM implementation.     Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 5+ years as a Business Analyst with HCM implementations, or similar experience

    • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro/WFM or similar HCM platforms is highly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

    • Expertise in data migration, data mapping, and validation within payroll systems.

    • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and optimization methodologies.
