We are offering an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst III role. The job function lies within the customer service industry and requires a high level of proficiency in handling multiple projects, presenting complex concepts, and translating business and technical requirements. The role also offers a permanent employment opportunity and can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various stakeholder groups
• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate complex concepts
• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensible terms
• Respond to ad hoc requests as they arise
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various tasks
• Leverage previous experience in managing projects or writing technical requirements
• Apply presentation skills to effectively communicate information
• Learn and apply knowledge of compensation processes and practices
• Utilize consulting experience to provide expert advice and guidance
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and data
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to manage time and resources effectively
• Administer compensation processes and procedures.
• Proven expertise in Customer Service.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform Documentation tasks meticulously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in Planning Processes.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
• Experience in Scheduling tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Ability to create and deliver Presentations effectively.
• Knowledge of 'About Time' time management techniques.
• Consulting experience, preferably in the field of compensation.
• Understanding of Brand Awareness strategies.
• Experience in the Implementation of compensation plans.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• Ability to manage relationships with Stakeholders.
• Proven record of Collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Experience in liaising with Suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Proven record of Process Improvement in previous roles.
• Ability to manage Prioritization of tasks under pressure.
• Experience in Compensation Administration.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Understanding of various Methodologies in compensation analysis.
• Knowledge of R Code is an advantage.
• Willingness to be Onsite when required.
