This is an in-office 100% on site position split between 2 offices (locations are Ottawa and Hawkesbury) This position will involve various aspects of human resources administration, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, special projects and employee engagement/culture. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop execute new strategies for talent acquisition.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluently bilingual in both official languages (French/English)

    • Strong understanding of Employee Relations, capable of fostering healthy relationships within the organization.

    • Experienced in Onboarding, with the ability to efficiently integrate new hires into the company.

    • Skilled in Recruitment - Sourcing, able to identify and attract suitable candidates for the company.

    • Proficiency in Interviewing, with the ability to assess candidate suitability and potential effectively.
