Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic and growing client to fill an HR Generalist position. The HR Generalist will support and manage a wide range of human resources activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements. This role will provide professional guidance across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and management by handling inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions that align with best HR practices
- Manage benefits enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting, ensuring employees receive accurate information and support
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and administer policies consistently
- Assist in organizing training sessions and initiatives to support employee growth and development
- Guide managers with performance reviews and corrective action processes to promote a culture of excellence
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist
- Post-secondary degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and compliance regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
