We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Senior VP of Claims, and the Board of Directors. This contract position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative or paralegal background who values a steady role and a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules for the CEO, Senior VP, and Board, including meetings and offsite events.
- Organize board meetings, conferences, travel, and catering.
- Assist with board materials, take meeting minutes, and help prepare presentations.
- Help with legal documents, contract negotiations, and claims-related tasks.
- Handle office management and general administrative duties.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative or legal assistant/paralegal background.
- Experience supporting executives and managing calendars.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Legal and contract experience is a plus.
- Available to start immediately.
