    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role

    • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

    • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach

    • Experience with data entry tasks and order entry processes

    • Capability to manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

    • Experience in preparing and providing quotations

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
