    • Proven experience as a CFO, VP Finance, controller or in other senior financial roles, ideally within the engineering, construction, manufacturing or other related industry.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficient in financial software systems (e.g., ERP systems), Microsoft Excel, and other business intelligence tools.

    • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning.

    • Extensive knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial software.

    • Strong understanding of construction financials, including cost control, project budgeting, and contract management.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity.
