We are seeking a Business Analyst with a specialization in CRM to join our team. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in coordinating between various modules, ensuring effective CRM usage, and pinpointing areas for enhancement. This role is based in NEW YORK, New York, and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the efficient use of the CRM by comprehending the coordination between modules.
• Verify and report on the CRM usage, pinpointing areas that require enhancement.
• Formulate strategies for improvements and enhancements to the CRM system.
• Oversee the CRM aspect, including generating reports, uploading, exporting, and ensuring data precision.
• Detect and document bugs, and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with the technical team, maintaining a close working relationship with developers.
• Utilize your skills in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in all aspects of your work.
• Applicants must possess a strong understanding and working experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central is required.
• Candidates should have a proven track record in business analysis or a related field.
• The role requires excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and formulate strategic business plans.
• Applicants should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
• A clear understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement is necessary.
• Candidates should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• The role requires the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when necessary.
• Applicants must be proficient in the use of Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the same industry will be considered favourably.
