    Responsibilities: 

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze training needs and requirements.
    • Design and develop instructional materials, including online courses, training modules, and learning guides.
    • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learner-centered content.
    • Utilize e-learning authoring tools and multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.
    • Conduct reviews and revisions of existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
    • Work with project managers to meet deadlines and project milestones.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.


    Requirements: 

    • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
    • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning authoring tools, like Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Storyline, 360, Rise, or Camtasia.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is preferred.
