    Responsibilities:

    • Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
    • Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual style across all video projects.
    • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.


    • Motion Graphics: Create compelling motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and digital platforms.
    • Design and animate text, graphics, and visual effects to enhance video content.
    • Develop storyboards and style frames to communicate design concepts.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics trends and techniques.


    • 3D Design (Optional but Highly Desired):Create 3D models, animations, and visualizations for product demos, presentations, and marketing materials.
    • Utilize 3D software to design and render realistic and stylized 3D assets.
    • Integrate 3D elements into video and motion graphics projects.
    • Work with 3D rendering and compositing workflows.


    • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
    • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
    • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Maintain organized project files.


    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all created media maintains the company's established brand guidelines.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video production, motion graphics, and 3D design (if applicable).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Strong understanding of video production workflows and post-production techniques.
    • Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya (highly desired).
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of multimedia design skills.
    • Ability to work onsite 4 days a week.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Experience with sound design and audio editing.
    • Knowledge of color grading and correction.
    • Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) content creation.
    • Experience with camera tracking and matchmoving.
