    • Familiarity with IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, etc.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to knowledge sharing.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a rotational shift system, including nights and weekends.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
    • Capability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
    • Relevant certifications in IT and network management will be considered a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
