Responsibilities:

• Receive and address support calls, aiming to resolve issues remotely or on-site.
• Maintain client jobs in the billing system and liaise with senior support staff for escalations or audits.
• Implement remote updates and patches for client servers, Microsoft products, backup and antivirus systems, and client management systems.
• Contribute to the design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of client networks/systems.
• Develop and improve internal monitoring and client network/system deployment policies and procedures.
• Assist senior support staff with in-house or client projects as required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a NOC Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows OS.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, etc.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift system, including nights and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Capability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Relevant certifications in IT and network management will be considered a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
