    • Demonstrated understanding of Buying Processes, Closers, Closing Documents, and Closing Processes
    • Experience with Escrow and Escrow Processing is required
    • Familiarity with Title Escrow is essential
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations
    • Willingness to stay updated with industry changes and regulations
