The selected individual will be entrusted with the responsibility of handling networking problems and maintaining the high availability and redundancy of the enterprise network. The Network Engineer will also be tasked with ensuring the security of the network platforms and providing design and architectural support as a senior member of our network team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructure, which includes routers, switches, wireless, load balancers, and other network devices and services.
    • Execute analysis of networking issues and provide the highest level of response management.
    • Guarantee network redundancy, high availability, and conduct failover testing across all enterprise WAN connectivity.
    • Possess and demonstrate expert-level knowledge of network topologies, protocols, standards, and conditions.
    • Ensure changes to network configurations are executed with minimal downtime and in compliance with change management policies.
    • Take responsibility for configuration standards and the creation of support documentation.
    • Mitigate security risk by securing network platforms from vulnerabilities and maintaining regular patching cycles of all network software and hardware.
    • Collaborate and work effectively with peers, cross-functional teams, and customers in developing solutions and resolving problems.
    • Have a comprehensive understanding of network firewalls and network segmentation.
    • Coordinate with business partners in the selection, procurement, implementation, and support of public and private circuits as well as networks at remote locations.

    • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on Wireless platforms, Aruba preferred

    • Demonstrated proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)

    • Extensive experience with Cisco ASA

    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco Routers

    • Expertise in Cisco Technologies

    • Experience with Aruba Wireless is essential

    • Familiarity with Fortinet Firewalls is required
