We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and Google Ads to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and improve brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Create compelling ad copy, A/B test creatives, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across campaigns.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, Google Ads updates, and analytics tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with A/B testing tools, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
