    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and summarize legal documents.
    • Conduct legal research on cases, businesses, and individuals.
    • Develop strategic defenses and evaluate cases.
    • Manage client meetings and provide legal recommendations.
    • Investigate facts, prepare and conduct depositions.
    • Draft and argue motions, conduct hearings and mediations.
    • Prepare witnesses and corporate representatives for trial.
    • Assist in trial and appellate court briefing.
    • Draft defense mediation summaries and legal analyses.


    Qualifications:

    • Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
    • 4-6 years of defense litigation experience; professional liability or coverage litigation a plus.
    • Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Client-focused approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
    • Ability to review and interpret financial records is a plus.
