We're seeking a motivated Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to provide first-line support in a primarily Windows-based environment. You’ll assist end users with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic networking issues
Reset passwords, manage user accounts in Active Directory
Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 support

1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role

Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting

Strong communication and customer service skills

A+ or similar certification a plus
