    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the banking industry, located in Midtown, Georgia. As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the customer service department by managing customer accounts, answering inbound calls, and performing various administrative tasks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.


    Responsibilities:


    • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

    • Process customer credit applications accurately

    • Update and maintain customer credit records accurately

    • Engage in email correspondence with customers to address their concerns

    • Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update customer information

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks

    • Schedule appointments as per the requirements

    • Assist with teller-related tasks in the banking industry

    • Support the customer service department by assisting with admin tasks

    • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

    • Proficient in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented and courteous manner
    • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
    • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and effectively
    • Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, schedules, and contacts
    • Skilled in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Proficient in drafting and editing documents using Microsoft Word
    • Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
