    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the execution and development of marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
    • Support creative development for campaigns, including advertising, branding, and promotional materials.
    • Oversee and manage database segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
    • Coordinate and track upsell initiatives and direct mail campaigns to drive customer engagement.
    • Manage and maintain the marketing and event calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Support media planning and campaign execution, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

    • Assist with content creation, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.



    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or event coordination (agency experience is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
    • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Creative and critical thinker, able to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales and campaign performance data.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and project management tools is a plus.
    • Team-oriented, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
