Robert Half's client operates in the telecommunications and broadband services industry and is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and planning of marketing initiatives across various channels. This role will assist with marketing strategy, campaign execution, creative development, ad placements, database segmentation, and media planning. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing and possess hands-on experience with social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution and development of marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Support creative development for campaigns, including advertising, branding, and promotional materials.
- Oversee and manage database segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
- Coordinate and track upsell initiatives and direct mail campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain the marketing and event calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and execute special events and trade shows, leading logistical efforts and promotional strategies.
- Support media planning and campaign execution, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain and update social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Assist with content creation, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or event coordination (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Creative and critical thinker, able to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales and campaign performance data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and project management tools is a plus.
- Team-oriented, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
