    Digital Marketing & Content Specialist needed for a full-time position with our client in Wilmington, MA. MUST be able to work a minimum of three (3) days a week onsite with a strong preference for fully onsite. The title could also be at the manager level as long as the salary expectations are still in line. Salary is up to 100K depending on experience.


    The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will direct our client’s multi-channel digital marketing strategy and develop content that supports lead generation for our strategic markets, increases brand awareness, and elevates our sustainability thought leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage all digital marketing campaigns and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of digital marketing assets, websites, social media posts, and marketing emails.
    • Translate complex, technical ideas into engaging content that aligns with brand goals and complies with industry claims regulations.
    • Partner with strategic marketing to create web landing pages and multi-format content (blogs, social posts, videos, webinars, whitepapers, etc) for key segments and applications.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and technology stakeholders to author news posts for the website and a monthly email newsletter.
    • Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking, to enhance organic search presence
    • Analyze internal and external data to assess campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.
    • Partner with inside sales to measure lead generation resulting from digital campaigns.
    • Identify and implement digital enhancements based on data insights and industry best practices. Continuously monitor and refine campaign elements to improve engagement and achieve digital marketing goals.
    • Recommend digital strategies to support events, webinars, conferences, and tradeshows
    • Perform other duties as necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B content marketing / digital marketing role
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across web, email and social platforms.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Wordpress, Statamic, Craft, Sprout, MailerLite, MailChimp, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube, HTML, CSS
    • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and how to integrate into content development
    • Intermediate design knowledge and experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly)
    • Demonstrated experience with copywriting and developing impactful visual content
    • Ability to participate in a high-performance team-based environment that is fast-learning and adaptive
    • Superior verbal and written communications skills
    • Excellent time and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively on a globally diverse team
    • A self-directed learner that can quickly develop an understanding of technical topics
