    Robert Half's marketing and creative client is looking for a Creative Services Director for a 40-hour-per-week contract opportunity. This is a remote role, but candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (EST) hours. In this role you will oversee the creation and execution of engaging brand awareness campaigns, manage the design and production of digital and print advertisements, and leverage UX/UI principles to ensure optimal design and user experience.     • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field
    • 10+ years of experience in graphic design, with direct experience in pharma or pharmacy 
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD), Figma  
    • Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere or After Effects (a plus) 
    • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) 
    • Understanding of printing processes and production 
    • Experience with HTML/CSS and HubSpot 
    • ADA compliance experience 
    • Expertise in PowerPoint design
