We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead and execute digital projects from inception to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have experience managing website and e-commerce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.
Ensure all projects align with business objectives, user experience standards, and technical requirements.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
Manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Tools & Software Management:

Work with various project management and analytics tools to track progress and measure success.
Leverage expertise in WooCommerce, WordPress, and Google Analytics to guide project execution.
Utilize Monday.com (or preferred project management tools) to organize workflows, tasks, and reporting.
Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role in website/e-commerce projects.
Strong understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting website performance.
Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
