Collaborate with billing attorneys to ensure WIP is billed on a timely basis and AR balances are collected withina reasonable period. Follow up with billing attorney and client on all aged AR balances.</li><li>Follow up on collections as directed by either Attorneys or Accounting leadership in support of meeting firm’s financial goals.</li><li>Review and edit prebills in response to attorney requests.</li><li>Proactively monitor potential errors that may result in the rejection of e-bills.</li><li>Research and analyze deductions and provide best course of action for balances.</li><li>Process write-offs following Firm policy.</li><li>Ability to effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, legal administrative assistants, staff, and clients.</li><li>Assist with month-end close as needed.</li><li>Proactively monitor potential errors that may result in the rejection of e-bills.</li><li>Assume additional duties as needed or assigned</li></ul><p> </p>
