    We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of our Microsoft Dynamics and Navision (NAV) systems. This role is critical in driving the successful delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with our construction business processes, and maximizing system efficiency and performance.

    As an ERP Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, procurement, and IT, to oversee the full ERP lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and post-go-live support. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Navision will be essential in customizing the system to meet the unique needs of the construction industry.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management & Execution

    • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Utilize Agile or Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines and milestones.

    ERP System Oversight

    • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics and Navision.
    • Collaborate with developers and consultants to design and implement ERP solutions tailored to construction workflows, including job costing, contract management, procurement, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across modules.
    • Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors.
    • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into ERP solutions.
    • Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.

    Training & Support

    • Develop and deliver user training sessions and documentation.
    • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
    • Drive ERP adoption by promoting best practices and efficient use of the system.

    Qualifications & Skills:


    Required Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in ERP project management, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Navision (NAV).
    • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades.
    • Strong understanding of construction-specific business processes (e.g., project accounting, job costing, and procurement).



    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
    • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure
    • Experience with Content Management System (CMS)
    • Demonstrated ability in Contract Management
    • Expertise in Microsoft products, particularly Dynamics and Navision
    • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
    • Proven experience in Auditing within a manufacturing environment
    • Commitment to implementing and maintaining Best Practices
    • Experience with Change Management processes
    • Coding skills, preferably within the manufacturing industry context
